Remarks:

• Age Limit: Suitable for ages 12 and above.
• It is participant’s responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to and regarding their participation in the class / workshop / program. It is participant’s responsibility to determine whether they can practice any yoga postures and participate at their own risk. 
• As a participant, agree to go at their own pace and avoid straining their body. All participants are free to skip any posture or end any posture early. 
• Special Arrangements in Response to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) 
  • Except for exempted persons, all visitors entering performance venues in the West Kowloon Cultural District are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app to scan the venue QR code and to comply with the requirements of Vaccine Pass as follows:  
  • Persons aged 12 or above are required to comply with the vaccination requirements of Vaccine Pass announced by the Government before entering performing arts venues in the West Kowloon Cultural District. 
  • Visitors are also required to present an electronic version or a paper copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record, or the Exemption Certificate with relevant QR code. The QR Code Verification Scanner mobile app is used to verify and ensure that visitors have complied with the requirement of Vaccine Pass. 
  • Visitors who have recovered from COVID-19 can present the appropriate proof of recovery or infection as required by the Government. 
  • Persons who are aged 15 or below, aged 65+, and those with disabilities that render use of the LHS app difficult will be exempted from the new requirement when entering the abovementioned West Kowloon Cultural District venues. Exemptions will also be granted to individual persons depending on the actual circumstances. All exempted persons are required to complete a specified record form to register their names, contact numbers, as well as the date and time of their visits. They are also required to present relevant identification documents for verification at the request of the staff on-site during registration if necessary. 
  • Please note that visitors who are exempted from using the LHS app are still required to comply with the Vaccine Pass requirements before entering the abovementioned West Kowloon Cultural District venues. As it will take time to verify personal particulars of exempted persons under the new arrangement, their waiting time for entering the relevant venues may be lengthened. 
  • The Authority encourages the exempted persons to use the LHS app where practicable to save time. 

• Documentary Records
  • Please note that WKCDA including its subsidiaries (collectively, 'WKCDA') and its event partner - lululemon Hong Kong (collectively, 'lululemon') and YAMA Foundation (collectively, 'YAMA') may arrange to create photos, audios, videos and other forms of documentary records (collectively, 'Records') of this event, for future promotional use or non-commercial purposes, and you may be included in these Records. By participating in this event, you agree to grant full rights to WKCDA, lululemon and YAMA to use your image or voice in these Records without restriction or payment. Please discuss with our staff prior to your participation in the event if you have any objection to the above use.

  • If hoisted within three hours before the event starts, the event will be suspended. Rescheduling or refund arrangements will be announced in due course. 
  • If hoisted during the event, the event will continue. If it cannot continue as planned, rescheduling arrangements will be announced in due course.

  • If hoisted three hours before the event starts, the event will be suspended. Rescheduling or refund arrangements will be announced in due course.
