Do I need to register with M+ to shop?
For one-off purchases, there is no need to register – simply provide your contact and shipping details. However, registering an account makes shopping effortless, especially since you can use the same login details across the entire museum.
All prices stated are in Hong Kong dollars.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay are all accepted. Worth noting, M Plus Museum Limited will not store any credit card information in order to maintain customer privacy and security.

All orders will be carefully packaged and delivered by our engaged, third-party courier who provides door-to-door delivery service.
Products, which are fragile, customised or large-in-size, will have additional packaging for extra protection. All custom prints will be carefully packaged in either specially designed tubes or boxes for extra protection and delivered by our engaged, third-party courier providing door-to-door delivery service.
In-store pickup is available for non-custom products and free-of-charge. Once it’s ready for pick up (usually within 2 days), you’ll be notified by email. Simply present your shipment update email (either printed or digital copy) at M+ Shop within 14 days. Don’t forget to check our M+ Shop opening hours before pickup.
To minimise the risk of damage to custom prints and other custom products, in-store pick up is not available. Instead, they will be delivered directly

We do not keep or use your data except for the purpose of completing the order or with your agreement. Please refer to our Personal Information Collection Statement for details.

How can I track order status?
Upon selecting ‘Delivery’, we will send you shipment update email with tracking order. Or, you can simply log in M+ Shop account and check order status on ‘My account’.
The delivery time is subject to the product type and delivery destination, and will be shown on the checkout page. In most cases, local orders take 2-4 days while international orders take 7-14 days. Please note, customised products take a longer time to process and deliver.

The delivery time may also be affected by special occasions, such as weather or a suspended postal service. Please refer to our special notice (if any).
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by you at the time of making the order and M+ will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect or outdated address. If any part of an order is found to be missing or incorrect, please email M+ immediately at:
Your order normally will be sent in one single shipment. However, your order might arrive in a separate shipment if it involves products, which requests extra delivery time. The estimated delivery time will be stated on the checkout page and order confirmation email.
In the event of receiving a parcel with missing products, please contact us within 7 working days after receipt by filling the enquiry form.
Once orders are confirmed, they are processed immediately, so no further changes or cancellation are accepted.
To cancel custom products, please contact us by enquiry form within 24 hours after order placement.
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check the address prior to payment.
If a product is damaged during delivery, it can only be replaced with the same product.
Please inspect all orders upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged and requires exchange, please email within 7 days of the delivery. Information regarding the replacement process will be provided.
All orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the event of product being out of stock or receiving damaged / wrong products. Please check our Shipping and Refund Policy for more information.
M+ will try to resolve any disputes when they first arise. In the unlikely event that you have any complaints about any product purchased by you from the website, you can contact us by filling the enquiry form.
