Terms and Conditions:
All M+ x Grand Hyatt Hong Kong hampers purchased from the M+ Shop are available for delivery or self-pickup at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong only.
Hampers can be picked up at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's Chocolatier Cake Shop (Mezzanine Floor) the following day after 12 noon, or delivery will be arranged within two working days after purchase.

To redeem the purchased hamper at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, a printed copy of the order confirmation email from the M+ online shop must be presented.
A delivery charge applies to each assigned destination.
Delivery schedule:
1. Office buildings - from 9am to 5pm
2. Residential buildings - from 9am to 7pm
Most items can be shipped worldwide.
Can I pick up at your store?
In-store pickup is available for non-custom products and free of charge.
When will I receive my order?
In most cases, local orders take 7-14 days while international orders take 14-21 days.
