HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

All prices stated are in Hong Kong dollars.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. M+ Museum Limited will not store any credit card information in order to maintain customer privacy and security.

 

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE ORDER?

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 10 to 14 working days. You are provided with the options of home delivery or in-store pickup.

Home Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
Local Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
International Delivery: up to 14 working days after dispatch

In-store Pickup

All orders can be collected from the M+ Shop at the M+ Pavilion during opening hours. The order confirmation is required for pickup.

  • Opening Hours:

From 11am to 6pm, from Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays during exhibition period*.

*The Pavilion is open to the public when exhibitions take place. For the latest exhibition period and opening hours of the M+ Pavilion, please refer to the M+ Pavilion website.

Charge

Delivery cost may vary per country or area. Free delivery to Hong Kong on order over HK$1,000*. 

No additional fee is charged for in-store pickup.

HOW CAN I REFUND MY ORDER?

No refunds or returns are allowed once an order is confirmed.

If a product is damaged during delivery, exchange for the same item is available during opening hours* in person at our store in the M+ Pavilion within 7 days of the delivery. Damaged product is not allowed to be returned by post. It can only be replaced with the same product.

Please inspect all orders upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged and requires exchange, please email order_shop@mplus.org.hk within 7 days of the delivery. Information regarding the replacement process will be provided.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

No refund is allowed once the order is confirmed.

Return is possible only when the item arrives damaged. Customers can request for exchange within 7 days of the delivery.

Items can only be returned during opening hours* in person at our store in the M+ Pavilion, Hong Kong. Return or exchange by post is not accepted. A damaged item can only be replaced with the same product.
