21 June 19:00-20:00 at M+ The Forum|De-stress Yoga & Sound Relaxation by Melody Ngai and Hinson Lo
Melt away stress through mindful movements and gentle stretches with beautiful calming sounds and music from multiple instruments. A practice to bring awareness and peacefulness into our minds and bodies. This class is suitable for all levels of practice. There’s no need to bring your own yoga mat to class, however, you must book early to secure your place.
About the instructor:
Melody Ngai is a yoga instructor who aspires to share her knowledge through an accessible practice with different levels in mind, combining the use of props and hands-on adjustments, so students can fully enjoy the nourishments yoga brings to their body, mind and soul.
Hinson Lo is a yoga teacher and co-founder of Yoga GOM, a mindfulness-focused yoga studio located in Lai Chi Kok. In the past years, other than regular studio teaching, he has been working with Universities, NGOs, secondary schools, and corporates to share his experience in yoga. For his teaching style, “awareness", “precision" and “grounded" are the three most often heard feedback from students. Besides yoga, he is also the founder of Museek Studio Hong Kong, an initiative to promote world music musical instruments in the city.
